REMOTE AUDITS

Remote Audits or 'Desktop Audits' were introduced as a means of providing an ongoing audit process at a fraction of the cost to our clients. The process requires the retailer to upload the requested files (PDF Scanned Originals) to our secure web-upload site.

There are many reasons why Remote Audits are beneficial:

• With Remote Audits, there is no need to review/audit 200 or more deal packs and/or repair orders. A spot check of a sample of 10-50 deals and/or repair orders is generally sufficient to flag any deficiencies
• Based on the Remote Audit results, a decision can then be made to carry out a full on-site audit
• Remote Audits are more cost-effective
• They cause minimal disruptions to the retailer
• Less impact on your Dealer Network
